Ayalaland Logistics Holdings Corp. (ALLHC) reported P3.3 billion in revenues from industrial lot sales, according to a disclosure at the Philippine Stock Exchange. The growth was primarily fueled by strong demand at Laguindingan Technopark in Misamis Oriental, alongside increased completion progress of its industrial estates. The 105-hectare Laguindingan Technopark is ALLHC’s first industrial park in Mindanao, strategically located beside Laguindingan Airport. It also serves as the pioneering development within the 526-hectare master-planned estate known as Habini Bay.
