Will the upcoming SM City Iligan feature a helipad? A recent Facebook post by Israel J. A. Surveying & Real Estate Services reveals a Notice of Award has been issued by SM EDD Corp, commissioning an Obstacle Limitation Surfaces (OLS) Survey for a proposed helipad at the site. This suggests the helipad may be part of the mall’s design. However, details about the development remain limited as of today, with no preliminary designs released yet.
