A major site clearing and levelling operation is currently underway at a property beside City Mall in Bulua, Cagayan de Oro City. The area covering approximately 4 hectares, with a 100-meter frontage along the Bulua-Opol Diversion Road, had remained mostly idle, except for its frontage, which is being used for storing heavy equipment and trucks. However, recent developments suggest that a new project or development may soon take shape on the site.
Roller compactors are observed onsite.
