A scuffle broke out on Corrales Extension in Cagayan de Oro when a motorist punched a traffic enforcer after being flagged down for entering a no-entry zone. The enforcer, who was helping retrieve a sack of rice that had fallen from the motorist’s motorcycle, retaliated by punching back. Police and other enforcers in the area intervened, bringing both to Macabalan Police Station for investigation. The road is currently one-way from Gaisano City Mall to Baculio Street due to a drainage project, with limited access only to residents and business owners in the area.
