The project site for the 5-storey City Disaster Risk Reduction Management Department (CDRRMD) Disaster Coordination Center Building located at the planned Disaster Resilience Complex at Zone 8, Carmen, Cagayan de Oro City, is now overgrown with grass. The initial construction within the enclosed area is barely visible, raising questions about whether the project will resume.
