A Brown is set to acquire a 4,024-square meter portion of the Misamis Oriental Provincial Capitol Compound in Cagayan de Oro City, which it plans to transform into a modern urban center. The development will feature a multi-level mixed-use building designed to align with and complement the other structures included in the Joint Venture Agreement (JVA) signed last January 23, 2025. In its latest disclosure to the Philippine Stock Exchange (PSE), A Brown stated that the purchase of the said property and the development of the project site are integral and inseparable components of the project.
Shown below is the areas of the project including the 4,084-sqm property to be acquired.

The entire development will feature a high rise multi-purpose building, commercial and office buildings, a dormitory, and a public park. It is to be developed in four (4) parts with A Brown committing a total investment of P2.5 billion.

Parts 1-3 (Phase One) of the Project will include the development and construction of Office Spaces, a Commercial/Shopping Center, a Park and Parking facilities. Part 4 (Phase Two) of the Project will include the development and construction of a Multilevel Mixed-Use building with a Dormitory.

Accordingly, the required clearance from the Commission on Audit (COA) has already been secured.
