The Municipal Government of Laguindingan in Misamis Oriental is reminding tourists of proper waster disposal following a video circulating online that showed trash scattered across Bucara, a popular beach site in Barangay Moog near the lighthouse. The video, shared by netizen Wato Si, revealed food wrappers, empty plastic bottles, cartons, plastic bags, and even diapers left behind by visitors on the beach, its coralline limestone formations, and at a seaside bamboo shed. Known for its hidden charm, clean, clear waters and natural rock formations, the area has become a favorite spot for beachgoers.
