The main arterial road of Uptown Metropolis, the 9.13-hectare mixed use development by A Brown Co. Inc. along South Diversion Road in Upper Balulang, Cagayan de Oro City is complete. This milestone paves the way for the construction of the 14-storey Zircon Condominium, the first of five residential towers planned for the site. In addition to high-rise residential condominiums, the development also includes two multi-storey office buildings and a high-end community mall with restaurants, coffee shops and specialty stores.
