Construction for the much-anticipated Starbucks at SM City CDO Uptown in Upper Carmen, Cagayan de Oro appears to have entered its next phase. The isolation walls have been removed, revealing the bare interiors and unfinished walls and window panels. Located at the mall’s North Wing, this branch will feature the city’s first Starbucks drive-thru and mark the fourth outlet in Cagayan de Oro.
