The proposed access road connecting Barangay Balubal to the Guadalupe Shrine has been updated. During a pre-bidding conference conducted by DPWH Cagayan de Oro 2nd District, Project 24KD0060 which has an Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) of P96.5 million, has been extended to cover 1,369 meters. The road will begin near the site of the now-demolished concrete stairs. Completion is targeted within 222 days. Initially planned at only 600 meters last year, the revised scope reflects an effort to enhance accessibility to the shrine.
