Earthworks are in full swing for the 14.3-hectare Manresa Town, a mixed-use development by Cebu Landmasters Inc. (CLI) located in Uptown Cagayan de Oro. This project will integrate residential, commercial, and lifestyle spaces, creating a vibrant township. Meanwhile, the first residential condominium in the development, named One Manresa Place, will feature three 3 residential towers with 940 units. It will be launched soon.

The location of One Manresa Place could be near the mixed-use commercial area as shown below or at the back of the existing dorm.
