A few days into the New Year, a man was caught by bystanders after snatching a cellphone along Osmeña Street in Cagayan de Oro City. The incident occurred last Saturday, January 4, at around 10:00 AM. Witnesses reported that the suspect had accomplices who managed to escape the scene.
