Always ensure road worthiness of your vehicle before embarking on long drives. Last Saturday morning, December 21, a fish truck’s brakes failed, causing it to crash into a utility van, which in turn hit a motorcycle while at a traffic light stop at Poblacion, Laguindingan, Misamis Oriental. Fortunately, no serious injuries were reported. The incident, captured on CCTV, also saw a prompt response from a traffic officer wearing body camera.
Here’s the CCTV footage. The speeding truck initially hit the center island before crashing into the utility van.
