The alignment of the New West Diversion Road approaching the Land Transportation Office (LTO) in Bulua, Cagayan de Oro City has now been determined. As shown, the 4-lane highway will bypass LTO and instead will pass along the periphery of De Oro Sagatech Resort. However, the alignment towards the Iligan-Cagayan-Butuan Road (ICBR) remains unavailable at the moment. Photos by TRip ni ToniO.
