The Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) will continue to construct a 570-meter viaduct (Contract ID No. 25K00101) along the winding Maluko Section of Sayre Highway in Manolo Fortich, Bukidnon. The Maluko Viaduct Project, has an approved budget of P193 million (Package 2) and a target completion of 360 calendar days or one year.
Here’s the alignment of the viaduct (highlighted in green). The existing winding section of Sayre Highway remains challenging for large and long trailer trucks to navigate. The viaduct project will alleviate this concern.
