Civil works continue for Phase 1 of The New City, a 60-hectare mixed-use township by being developed by the City Government of Cagayan de Oro located in Barangay Lumbia. The project, set to be completed in four phases, will feature residential communities, commercial spaces. a convention center, a hotel and resort, and low to mid-rise residential condominiums.
