Operatives from the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency Regional Office X (PDEA RO-X) Bukidnon Provincial Office, in coordination with the Malaybalay City Police Station and the PNP Regional Intelligence Unit Bukidnon Provincial Intelligence Team, successfully carried out an anti-drug operation in Barangay 11, Impalambong, Malaybalay City, on Saturday, November 16. The operation led to the arrest of four individuals and the confiscation of approximately 5 grams of shabu valued at Php 34,000.
The arrested Individuals were identified as follows:
- Alias JOSH, 27, single, resident of Barangay 11, Impalambong, Malaybalay City;
- Alias IAN, 29, single, resident of Barangay 10, Impalambong, Malaybalay City;
- Alias JAN, 25, single, a job order worker from Barangay 11, Impalambong, Malaybalay City; and
- Alias KIM, 30, single, resident of Barangay 11, Impalambong, Malaybalay City
The suspects were apprehended for violations of Republic Act 9165, also known as the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
The dismantling of this drug den highlights the relentless commitment of PDEA RO-X and its law enforcement partners in eradicating illegal drug activities in the region. The agency continues to call on the community for support and vigilance in the fight against illegal drugs.
