Iligan City is set to have its first flyover, a landmark project confirmed during a recent visit by Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) personnel to City Mayor Frederick Siao. The Iligan Flyover will be constructed at the intersection of Andres Bonifacio Avenue and Isabel Ramiro Road, near the proposed SM City Iligan, and extending toward the Brgy. Hinaplanon Road Junction. This two-lane 8.5-meter wide flyover will feature a 195.885-meter superstructure and 300 meters of approaches (150 meters on each end), designed to help ease traffic congestion at one of the city’s busiest intersections.
Here’s the exact location.
