Traffic in Macasandig, Cagayan de Oro City is expected to ease as the Macasandig River Boulevard opens to traffic at 2:00pm today, November 12, 2024. However, according to an advisory from the Roads and Traffic Administration (RTA), only private light vehicles and taxis are permitted to use the boulevard at this time. In line with Executive Order No. 446-2024 A, certain vehicles will be restricted, including trucks with gross weight over 4500 kgs, motorelas, tricabs, motorized sikads, bicycles, pushcarts, food carts, roller skates and skateboards.
