Phase 2 construction of Balingoan Community College in Mantangale, Balingoan, Misamis Oriental, the first ever tertiary institution in the municipality, will soon start. This next phase includes completion of the existing building and construction of another two-storey building with six classrooms. It has an approved budget of P39.6 million. Officially inaugurated in July this year, the college has already welcomed its pioneering batch of students.
