Construction of the Upper Carmen-Patag-Kauswagan Road Project is set to advance toward Cadre Road near Camp Evangelista, passing along the perimeter of the golf course. The DPWH held a pre-bid conference today, November 4, for the latest funding under Contract ID No. 25K00049, which includes four sections of the road. With an approved budget of P62.725 million, this phase of the project covers road concreting, road drainage installation and right-of-way acquisition.

Here’s the latest road alignment update. As shown, the new road will run along the eastern edge of the golf course, turning northeast onto St Claire Street and continuing straight to Tejeros Street. Several properties along this route will be affected by the project.
This phase is targeted for completion in 285 calendar days or 9.5 months.
This section will have lanes, shoulder on both sides and open type drainage.
