The newly reconstructed chapel at the Cagayan de Oro City Memorial Park in Camaman-an was inaugurated today, October 29. This new uniquely-designed chapel is part of the ongoing redevelopment of the 10-hectare city-owned memorial park, formerly known as Bolonsiri Cemetery, which is now in its 3rd and 4th phases of the project.
City Mayor Rolando “Klarex” Uy led the inauguration ceremony along with City Vice Mayor Jocelyn Rodriguez, City Councilor Edgar Cabanlas and City Local Environment and Natural Resources Office head Engr. Armen A. Cuenca.

Meanwhile, the large cross where visitors can light candles for their departed loved ones is almost ready.
