Three more branches of the Regional Trial Court (RTC) in the 10th Judicial Region will be established in Valencia City, Bukidnon. This following the signing of Republic Act No. 12035 last October 17, 2024. Accordingly, the funds necessary for the salaries, benefits, and emoluments for judges and court personnel, court operations under maintenance and other operating expenses (MOOE) will be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
