“If a simple act such as notarizing a document would give someone a fair chance in life even if he has less in life, then I would gladly notarize it for free regardless of whatever the document is. You are always welcome in my offices.” This was shared by Atty. Francis Alex E. Tahud on his Facebook page, which has gone viral due to his offer to notarize school-related documents for students free of charge. He has been doing this for two years since becoming a lawyer and has no plans of discontinuing it, saying he understands their situation because he was once in their shoes.
