Friends and relatives of Ms Cathlyn Raluto, a faculty member of Liceo de Cagayan University, are appealing to the public for assistance in identifying the vehicle involved in a tragic hit-and-run incident in Opol, Misamis Oriental. The incident, which occurred early Sunday, October 6, claimed Raluto’s life. Before becoming part of the Liceo faculty, Raluto worked as a student employee and was later hired after passing the Licensure Examination for Teachers. Her loved ones are now seeking justice and any information that could help bring the responsible party to account. The incident was caught on CCTV.
