Jo Andre G. Arcilla – He is a Teacher at St. Peter’s College and serves as an SK Councilor of Barangay Suarez. A former student leader, he is also a member of Motivation Philippines, promoting mental health awareness, and Rotaract of Iligan South, where he practices servant-leadership.
Libago currently leads with 891 votes with Arcilla in second place with 738 votes as of 2:49pm, October 6. Voting ends on November 8 at 10:00pm.
