Heavy traffic has built up on the newly opened Panguil Bay Bridge as motorists are pausing to take selfies and pictures of the scenic views. Just a few hours after it was opened to traffic around noon today, September 28, the bridge has quickly become a popular spot, with many travelers stopping at the center to snap photos, contributing to the congestion.
