Barangay Carmen emerged as Champion in the rain-soaked Higalaay Festival Street Dancing Competition held at the packed Pelaez Sports Center today, August 26, 2024. They won Php400,000. First runner-up was Brgy Gusa winning Php300,000 while Brgy Baikingon ended as 2nd runner-up and received Php200,000. Congratulations!
