The Municipality of Kauswagan, Lanao del Norte, recently named the Most Competitive 5th-6th Class Municipality in the country, has further enhanced its tourism potential with the official signing of a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) which would pave the way for the addition of more amusement rides at the town’s flagship tourist destination, the Longest Boardwalk and Amusement Park. The agreement, signed between Municipal Mayor Rommer Arnado and Carron Rides Group of Companies CEO and President, Mr. Ramon Santos, took place at the Marriott Hotel Manila, witnessed by other LGU officials and Carron Rides executives.






Its Longest Boardwalk and Amusement Park has been a favorite tourist destination.

Last August 24, the town emerged No. 1 among all 5th-6th class municipalities in the country in competitiveness index.
