The Limketkai Group is set to expand The Atrium with the construction of a new 10,000-seat convention center. This exciting development was revealed by Jerome dela Fuente, General Manager of Limketkai Luxe Hotel, during today’s episode of “Overtime,” an online program hosted by former City Mayor Oscar Moreno. The new convention center will span the area connecting the mall to the parking lot of All Home. Designed as a multi-purpose facility, it will be adaptable for various events, providing a versatile venue for large gatherings in the city.

Meanwhile, dela Fuente also stated that if the funds are aligned, Limketkai Luxe Hotel could finally have its second tower. It can be recalled that the initial plan of the hotel had a 33-storey tower. See the old rendering below.

If realized, this would again redefine the city’s skyline.

Further, dela Fuente also disclosed that Limketkai will also be managing soon The Loop North Tower as pictured below.

Keep posted.
