The second residential tower out of the planned 33 towers at Valley View Township is now rising. The 14-hectare development located in Sta Ana, Tagoloan, Misamis Oriental is expected to provide around 10,400 condominium units, in line with the government’s Pambansang Pabahay Para sa Pilipino (4PH) Program.

Each building has four residential wings with a central area for the elevator.
Construction is even done at night.
