In a trending post, a passenger vlogged his ride in a tricab, also known as bao-bao, while being chased by traffic enforcers along the National Highway in the Gusa-Cugman area on Monday night, July 8, in Cagayan de Oro City. In the video, Rams Salimbangon is heard pleading with the driver to stop and surrender, fearing they might meet an accident or, worse, end up in jail. Rams explained that he had just finished work and hailed the tricab, which is prohibited from plying the National Highway, when they were spotted by roving traffic enforcers. The tricab was eventually caught in Cugman, and the driver was apprehended.
