Guests and local officials were allowed to temporarily drive through Panguil Bay Bridge during its official “Last Concrete Pouring Ceremony” held on July 5. With the bridge, motorists can cross Panguil Bay in just 7 minutes. It will be officially opened to traffic next month. Watch below.
