Hamersons Hotel, the newly opened 10-storey accommodation facility located at the corner of Pabayo and Tomas Saco Streets in downtown Cagayan de Oro, boasts 75 clean, fully air-conditioned rooms. Hotel Rooms and Rates – all rooms have complimentary FREE breakfast for two. All rooms are fully air-conditioned, equipped with large flat screen TV, hot and cold shower, FREE WiFi, safety deposit box and complimentary water for two. Deluxe rooms have a small refrigerator.
Elevators – the hotel has two elevators, one from the lobby and the second near the rear entrance.
Hallways
Paulita’s Cafe – located at the 3rd floor, the hotel’s restaurant serves breakfast buffet open to everybody. They also serve lunch and dinner a la carte.

Melecia Hall / Gaudencio Hall/(Function Rooms) – the hotel has two function rooms. Melecia Hall is the larger that can accommodate around 60 pax while Gaudencio Hall can accommodate around 40 pax. If the divider is opened, they can function as one whole function room with a capacity of around 150.
Gym – the gym located at the 10th floor is open to all hotel guests.
Alejandro’s Bar (opening this weekend) – the hotel’s bar is located at the 10th floor with a view of the city’s downtown skyline. It will be opening this weekend.
Parking Area – the hotel’s parking area is located at the back. An entrance is right beside the front. A back entrance will also be opened soon.
They’re still working on another parking entrance at the back from the Rotunda area.
