The main columns are now steadily rising for the 12-storey first building of Intalio Flats Primea, a cluster of midrise residential smart condominium buildings along Eagle Street in Kauswagan, Cagayan de Oro City. This development is part of Phase 1, which includes Buildings A and B.
Parts of the t-crane is also observed onsite as construction shifts to vertical works.
