The Municipal Government of Panaon in Misamis Occidental has shared plans for its Boulevard Development Project in Barangay Lutao, some 900 meters northeast of the Municipal Hall. The project will include a bayfront park, children’s playground, parking areas, pasalubong center, coffee shop and restaurant, and a giant statue of a female archer, symbolizing the town’s name derived from “pana” which means arrow. It aims to boost local tourism and provide a spot for recreation and family gatherings.
