Just a month after its groundbreaking, significant progress has been observed on the PHIVIDEC Pambansang Pabahay para sa Pilipino (4PH) Program Housing Project in Sta. Ana, Tagoloan, Misamis Oriental. The first of 18 residential towers is now steadily rising. This 12-story building will feature 20 residential units per floor.

All residential units will be affordable to qualified beneficiaries and will primarily cater to Informal Settler Families, PHIVIDEC-IA employees, retired AFP Veterans, PHIVIDEC-IA locators, local communities, and interested individuals who wish to avail themselves of the housing program.
