United States-based global Business Process and Contact Center Outsourcing provider Qualfon officially inaugurated its newest Customer Experience (CX) Center today, May 22, 2024, in Cagayan de Oro City, Philippines. Located at the Limketkai Module-2 BPO & Cyberpark Building, Limketkai Center, Qualfon’s newest CX Center is expected to employ more than 2,000 individuals by 2025. This is just the company’s fourth site in the country, following Manila, Cebu, and Dumaguete.

Qualfon executives together with Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT) Undersecretary Jocelle Batapa-Sigue, City Administrator Atty Hilario Roy Raagas and Limketkai Sons Inc. Chief Operating Officer Albino Limketkai led the ribbon-cutting ceremony marking Qualfon’s start of operations in the city.
