Qualfon announces opening of its new CX Center in Cagayan de Oro on May 22

Qualfon, a global Business Process and Contact Center Outsourcing provider with headquarters in Highland Park, Michigan, USA has announced the inauguration of its new Customer Experience (CX) Center in Cagayan de Oro City, Philippines. In a statement, Qualfon stated that its new location enhances the company’s 20-year CX leadership presence in the Philippines and harmonizes well with existing bases in Cebu, Dumaguete and Manila. Scheduled to open on May 22, 2024, the Cagayan de Oro location is expected to employ more than 2,000 individuals in 2025. Qualfon’s newest site is at Limketkai Module-2 BPO & Cyberpark Building.
