Another Red Planet Hotel may soon rise in Cagayan de Oro. lorent Humeau, Chief Executive Officer of Red Planet Hotels, announced plans to expand the company’s portfolio in the Philippines by opening a new site every year, with Cagayan de Oro being one of the prospective locations. The city’s first Red Planet Hotel, located along CM Recto Avenue, has 159 rooms. It opened in 2013 as Tune Hotel and rebranded in 2015 after Red Planet ended its partnership with Tune Hotels. Following the rebranding, the hotel underwent an exterior facelift, changing from its original red and white colors to the current grey and white. – SOURCE
