A notorious member of the “Basag Kotse Gang” was arrested by elements of the Cagayan de Oro City Police after he was caught breaking the side windshield of a pick-up parked along CM Recto Avenue in Lapasan. Initial reports revealed the owner of the pick-up caught two suspects stealing items inside the vehicle after breaking the side windshield. The other suspect fled on a motorcycle while the second suspect ran and was cornered by bystanders and was subsequently arrested by responding policemen.
