A fencing permit has been issued for the 5-hectare property located along Andres Bonifacio Avenue corner Isabel Ramiro Street in Sto. Rosario. for the upcoming SM City Iligan Project. No official rendering has been released yet but the mall is set to incorporate the local culture in Lanao. It will be the 9th SM Supermall in Mindanao when it opens.
A billboard for the fencing permit is already posted onsite.
Soil testing was previously observed at the site a few months ago.
