It’s now confirmed that METRO CENTRAL MALL, the first ever mall to rise in Oroquieta City, will finally break ground soon. According to Executive Assistant Henry Regalado Jr, details will be officially announced by City Mayor Lemuel Meyrick Acosta during his program tomorrow, April 13. As previously revealed, the upcoming mall will be located at Upper Langcangan right beside UCCP Church.
Shown below is Regalado during the meeting with top executives of Metro Central Mall.

The fenced property at right is the proposed site of the mall.

A billboard was already installed last year. The supposed ground breaking late last year did nit materialize due to delays in some documentary requirements.

Below are the project renderings.

The mall’s anchor stores are MetroShoppers (Department Store) and Supermarket.
