Construction continues for Vail Residences, SMDC’s inaugural project in Cagayan de Oro City located in Upper Carmen. This resort-themed development, which has been sold out since last year, will comprise 14 low-rise condominium buildings, each with four storeys. Progress is evident as vertical construction of the first four buildings advances, with the fifth building also taking shape.
