Macasandig Barangay officials led by Kagawad Daryl Pimentel with assistance from Cagayan de Oro City Police have responded to complaints from residents near the Balulang-Macasandig Bridge who have raised concerns about individuals loitering in the river boulevard area during late hours, causing disturbance with loud motorcycle noises and disrupting their sleep. As a result, local officials have now disallowed such activities between 11:00 PM and 5:00 AM.
During their inspection last night, barangay officials, unfortunately, did not encounter the group of motorcycle riders who were the subject of the complaint. However, there were several other groups present at the site, loitering during the night, as depicted below.
