San Beda University’s Kirk Eman Rozal See, from Malaybalay City in Bukidnon has been named NCAA Season 99 Rookie of the Year and because of his 6 goals, was also named Best Striker. The 22-year old See is a 3rd year college student taking up Sports Management on a full scholarship. He recently paid a courtesy call on Malaybalay City Mayor Warren Pabillaran. His football prowess was evident during his time at Bukidnon National High School and Malaybalay City Central Elementary School. Congratulations!
