Cebu Landmasters Inc. (CLI) has just revealed an official rendering of Manresa Residences, a 3-tower residential condominium project which will rise soon at its 14.6-hectare mixed-use development in Upper Carmen, Cagayan de Oro City. As shown, the towers will have different number of floors with 939 units worth P4.5 billion. This was presented during the latest CLI Investors and Analysts Briefing for FY 2023 held yesterday, March 20.
As presented, Manresa Residences will be under CLI’s Garden Series.
