A 15-year old tourist from Taal, Batangas traveling to Camiguin has two diligent sea marshals to thank for recovering her lost wallet containing cash. Coast Guard Seaman Second Class JC Lopez and Coast Guard Apprentice Seaman JC Mararac were conducting routine inspections aboard the Camiguin-bound passenger vessel MV Maayo at Balingoan Port when they found a wallet with P4,690 cash. Both immediately proceeded to the bridge of the vessel to report/announce the lost and found item. The wallet was subsequently claimed by its owner.
