By now, you may have already noticed an ongoing clearing and earthworks of a large portion of Paseo del Rio, the 12.3-hectare mixed-use complex straddling Barangays Nazareth and Macasandig in Cagayan de Oro City. The area covers roughly 3.3 hectares comprising the whole block right across Academy of International Education. Although there are no official announcements, rumors are circulating of a proposed development in the area which include a mixed-use building and a gas station.
