Ground works are now observed at the proposed site of the 15-storey Firenze Green Tower by IDC Prime located at the 6,790-sqm property along Rosario Limketkai Avenue, situated adjacent to ACE Medical Center in Lapasan, Cagayan de Oro City. As shown, the site is now enclosed with ongoing site preparation works. The project is the firm’s first high-rise development in the city’s downtown area.
Launched in October last year, the tower will have a gross floor area (GFA) of 24,779 sqm, total saleable area of 15,429 sqm and with 364 residential units. It will have 12 commercial units at the ground floor, 124 parking slots at the 2nd level, 13 residential levels and finally, a rooftop amenity level with a pool.
By the way, the clearing works at right (see below) is that of the proposed Cagayan de Oro Temple of Church of Christ of Latter-Day Saints.
